Good grief! SNOW!! Like non-stop. We have mostly packed up, intending to head out in the morning. We took some stuff to the car and loaded it up and then went to lunch at the Slippery Otter. Those dog gone hamburgers were just too good. Glad I am leaving tomorrow, don’t need another restaurant addiction. The Prius is so low to the ground to be aerodynamic, the heavy snow makes me nervous. I think we plowed for a couple blocks getting out of here today. Hate to chain up for two blocks. The main road is well plowed and sanded. Watched the history channel today, story about the mini-ice age, just had to look out the window to feel the truth of the stories. Looking forward to seeing the kids and going to Florida.

We went down to clean off the snow from the car.

It is a fine powder snow that stacks up in interesting ways.

After lunch we gassed up across the street. Paid a little more but the cool temperatures means high density.

The Prius is doing great even in the deep stuff.

I am nervous and it is still snowing. Wish us luck tomorrow.
