Just a short entry today, long haul for us. A few photos to capture the day. Another long day on the road tomorrow and the weather is headed south faster than we are. The drive from Canmore, Canada to Great Falls, Montana was almost 400 miles. We’ll drive almost 300 miles tomorrow and hope to beat the huge storm that is coming in.
It is so beautiful here, we hate to leave.But West Yellowstone is far away and the weather reports tell us to get to the next place and hunker down.We will miss the mountain beauty that is so abundant here.These clouds are so fascinating.Everywhere we look.
I only put in 20, it was that or 40 on the card, wasn’t sure I’d get change, really just wanted enough to get across the border.

Edie muttered, “little house on the prairie”.The border.What the heck? How’s he driving?Back in the US. We drive south with hope of sunshine.At last, Great Falls.Our home for the night.An indoor pool just outside our door.
Standard hotel room.Flat screen, fridge, micro….We went to the Sip and Dip to see the mermaids.It was wall to wall people, standing room only. We didn’t stay long.On the way back to our room we saw this old beauty in a showroom of a dealership.
