Another lazy day. I went down to the 2nd floor and did laundry. Really nice complimentary laundry room that had seven washers and dryers. Other than that, didn’t really do much of anything until about 1:00 PM, when we left and drove around for awhile and ended up at the Ammonite Factory.
A couple of days ago I was in bed and noticed my ring was broken. I have lost two or three diamonds out of the ring we had custom made when we got married 25 years ago. After losing the diamonds, I switched to a cheap band. I lost one band in Hawaii and now this one broke. Well, Michael bought me the most beautiful ammolite and silver band. I love it. I can’t wear it yet until we put a varnish like stain on it for when I go in the water. It’s just beautiful. Thank you dear. This one should last until we both die (hopefully).
We left the factory and just drove around. We went up to the Nordic Center (site of the 1988 Olympics) and around a couple subdivisions that were very interesting. Other than that it’s all about leftover chicken paprika.
