Meadow Lake Resort, Columbia Falls, Montana – 10/26/2014

OCTOBER 26, 2014 (Sunday)

Boring day. Didn’t do much of anything. We’re still being good so as not to hurt Michael’s knee any further. We’ve almost decided it’s a gout attack in the knee. He’s never had it in the knee before (and we hope he never has it again). Quite painful.

Oh, my highlight for the day was to go to the store. Michael wanted chicken, beans, corn, cole slaw, and a roll for dinner. I got the cole slaw and chicken breast from the deli, and got frozen beans and corn.  When we had dinner we realized the cole slaw had horseradish in it. We’ve never tasted it with horseradish before. Not bad. Must be a Montana thing.

Looked like it was going to snow or rain all day. We were glad we didn’t need or want to go anywhere. We snuggled inside and had our Sunday PBS date night (“The Paradise”  “Death Comes to Pemberly”).
