Another lazy day (for the most part). There was quite a bit of thunder and lightning last night and today. When we finally got moving and opened up the drapes, it was starting to get overcast. The rain started in the afternoon.

The kids pool and sauna was empty and silent, except for the water cascading down the steps into the hot tub.

Didn’t really do much – just the usual reading, computer, television, cooking. We left our home around 4:30 PM to walk around and take pictures before the wine and cheese meet and greet at 5:00 PM. We remembered it from last year and it was about the same – fun. Lots of cheese, wine, crackers, M&M’s, and punch. Was surprised at the number of people there, and reminded of the number of people who have owned for many (40 plus) years. I think that was what so impressed us last year when we were here. Pretty amazing. It’s a lovely resort and I can understand why they keep coming back. Also, lots of people live close and come here. That’s pretty nice. We always enjoy the meet and greet and meeting new people.

We are now back in for the night. It’s still raining outside but so beautiful. Hoping the rain heads West to California, especially Monterey County. That was our day. Hope yours was great!
