Kind of a slow day.  I am preparing to put ventilation in our storage container.  I need a whirlly vent cap and some bug/water resistant vent holes.  I’ve looked for what I needed at Home depot and not had luck.  We decided to go to Lowes in Gilroy, it is nice and big and has a huge inventory.  I dropped Edie off at Walmart, to get fresh earthquake supplies, and went on to Lowes.

I felt so lonely, must not have been more than 5 employees here.

I got all I think I need and went to get Edie.  The recent earthquake centered in Napa reminded us that we have not set up an earthquake kit for the trailer and studio.  We think there’d be a maximum of 6 people if both places were full.  So, water, protein, snacks, canned foods enough for 3 days.  First aid kit, flashlights and batteries.  Some from Walmart, some from Costco.

Edie didn't have her purse, so I definitely had to go in and find her.

We met up front near the cash registers.

Then we were off to Costco, where we finished our shopping and enjoyed lunch.

Then back home.

Lex has started her new job and so far she is enjoying it.

She is a food server. Honorable work.

That was a portion of our day, hope yours was great.
