Mike here. Edie has taken the day off. We slept good. We decided it would be a day of rest after the long day yesterday. We lazed and grazed. They freshened our suite today. After publishing the blog, we decided to get ourselves together and venture out to get Lex a new swim suit. She is especially partial to Sports Authority swim suits.

First stop was the gas station since we came in on one square last night. After the fill up we were off to the Sports Authority in Pembroke Pines, which allowed us to swing by the Cracker Barrel and turn in the audio book and get another.

After about 7 hours of driving yesterday I decided it was close enough to empty to fill er up again.

Our shop was successful, I even found my most favorite socks in the world, Thorlo’s. Edie is fixing one of Lex’s favorite dinners – thin pork chops with sliced potatoes in a golden mushroom sauce, along with apple sauce.
