Silverleaf Holiday Hills – Branson, Missouri 10/20/2013

OCTOBER 20, 2013 (Sunday)

We started the day with breakfast in the room before heading to a presentation for another travel club in Branson. We were interested. It was at Shephard of the Hills and they were selling Roark Travel Club. It was an interesting presentation, we did not buy. The drawback to the travel clubs for us is the limited weeks in timeshares.

Presentation number 2. Roark vacations. Good program, just not right for us, too limited on the number of weeks.

After the presentation we went to collect our bribes and they signed the pretty woman up for another presentation of land for sale near Table Rock Lake. That is for tomorrow. We called Lex and she wanted to go to lunch with us. We went back and got her and headed to Olive Garden. We all ate well and left stuffed (with an extra to go entree and three desserts).

Edie had an entree, Lex and I had the endless soup and salad. We all left stuffed.

We were hoping to have Jack and Hal out for dinner, but it didn’t work out. So Lex watched the Walking Dead, Edie watched Masterpiece, and I bounced between the two on the tv in the living room.

That was our day, hope yours was great.
