Wilsonville, Oregon 7/25/2013

JULY 25, 2013 (Thursday)

Slept in. Felt good. Michael woke up and his neck is still hurting. He thinks it’s better. John was gone when we left to run errands. Around noon we ran up to Wilsonville, Oregon to see Michael’s sister and brother-in-law, Ellen and Brad. Ellen is having back/pain issues and is waiting to get a pain device implanted. We wanted to see them so we said we’d be by for a short visit and bring lunch.

Michael and I stopped at Subway and got lunch then off to their home we went. They live in a lovely neighborhood down Wilsonville Road. We passed kids playing in the fountains at the park. Flowers are in full bloom all over town. Just beautiful. It’s hot here today. Can’t believe it’s Oregon. Where’s the rain?

Water was pouring out of the structures. Looked fun.

Ellen and Brad looked good, but you can tell Ellen is in pain. It’s hard for her to find a comfortable spot – kinda like Michael and his neck. Those two were a pair trying to find “the spot.” She did offer us some of her neck help.

We got a nice visit in and then left to go back to John’s. Decided we wanted Paddington’s Pizza for dinner. Paddington’s Pizza makes the best cracker crust pizza in the world. Really good.

That was our day, hope yours was great!
