Remembering your birthday Ruth Keller.

Today was more of a lazy day. Michael waited until noon for the phone call for the internet radio show, “Talking Timeshares”: http://204.12.202.163/start/talk64/ , with Mark Silverman, on which he was asked to be a guest speaker. I stayed in the other room so I could listen on line to what was being said. It was fun and interesting. They talked for the whole hour. Michael and I are supposed to guest with him again in April 2014 when we’re in San Francisco.

After the program we went to Safeway and got a few more things. I’m kinda obsessed with pasta right now. I know I’ll probably burn out but I’m enjoying trying to do it different ways. After Safeway we did a little tour around the Sparks Marina. Nice place. Looks like you can go there and just hang out and swim if you want. It was warmer today, above 90.

We came back, unloaded and unpacked the groceries. Then we loaded up our laundry and carried it over to the laundry room. The laundry room is shared with the Rec Room. We thought the computer/game/book room was the Rec Room, no. They have a lovely area that has a ping pong table, pool table, kitchen, bathroom, card room, and then a huge TV room. Michael and I hung out and played ping pong (I won) (Gift from Michael) and pool (he won) while the clothes were washing. We’re just sitting here getting ready to fix dinner and get the clothes out of the dryer.

3 nice fairly new Kenmore washers, free of charge.

3 less nice, less new, Kenmore dryers, one of which was not working, no heat.

TV room, with a fairly dated and seldom used TV.

Comfortable seating for two, folding chairs for the rest.

Nice kitchen. Not sure if it is available to guest or not.

Dinner was excellent, clothes are dry and we went for a swim. Very pleasant with nice folks to talk to.
