Primo Italian Bistro – South Lake Tahoe, CA 5/1/2013

The pool was being worked on and there was a horrible smell that lasted for several hours. When the cleaning staff came into our room they were shocked at how bad the smell was. They ended up blocking the door open and moving the fan down near our door. One of the managers was concerned and asked how we were doing. We ended up going for a walk to escape the smell.

Later in the afternoon, Edie’s beloved sister and brother-in-law came for dinner. We went to Primo Italian Bistro: http://www.primositalianbistro.com/ . This is a small Italian restaurant in a small strip mall about a block long. This was recommended at the Tahoe Seasons and what a great find. They do everything with great care and knowledge. All of the food is melt in your mouth good. Edie won the food picking contest this time with a chicken francaise with artichoke hearts dinner. Great food and great service. They make their own noodles. Their wine was good too. Fun day.
