In the morning we had water aerobics. It is a class that lasts an hour, and gives you a nice non impact workout. As much as we dislike getting up early (we are retired after all), we really enjoyed the water aerobics and looked forward to it. After the class, the hot tub felt wonderful and it was fun chatting with the other guests.
We didn’t do much the rest of the day until yoga. Love the yoga and love the instructor. We are wanting to learn more about yoga and incorporate it into our traveling. It is something we can do in our room and it really helps flexibility. We want to stay healthy in order to continue doing this full-time timeshare living as long as we want. Also, we’re on the third floor and taking the steps whenever going and coming back to the room at 6500′ elevation gets our hearts pumping.
