Lake Tahoe City – Squaw Valley, CA 4/22/2013

The queen size bed was very comfortable, not too many noises during the night. We were on the third floor so maybe that’s why. The bedroom had a ceiling fan which was very nice. In the morning we went to the gathering of folks in the lobby. There were pastries and juices for us. It was just a general meeting letting us know what was happening at the resort during the week. At the end of the gathering there was a drawing for some prizes.  

Later on we drove into Lake Tahoe City and stopped at the park next to the Truckee River. The weather was lovely and we had a nice walk. We noticed there were many bike paths from Olympic Village to Lake Tahoe and quite a ways around the Lake.  We wished we had room on our Toyota Prius to take bikes along on our adventure.
